The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering has returned to the second house for the Krasniqi family. Academy fellow Feyzullah Krasniqi and his children and brother spend most of their time there legalizing and assisting.

Fysulah is legalizing seven FIM subjects. His daughter, Drnusha assist at the same faculty as 13 subjects. Some in Bachelor's some at the Master.

The newspaper Word has learned from sources within the faculty that even Fyzusah's other daughter, Marigona, has recently engaged in this faculty, although her name does not figure on the official page of this institution.

Marigona's drum is not the only family of the academy. Gazmend Krasniqi is the son of Fejzu God's brother, also engaged in FIM.

Family employment at this university, especially those parents-children don't end up here.

Professor Shaban Shabani also employs his son, Shkelzen. While noble assistant Osman is the son of Hysni Osman, a regular professor at this faculty.

So far, father and son, Fehmi and Valdrin Krasniqi also worked in a faculty.

In one month's research, the Word newspaper found that most professors at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering also have their children as assistants.

These types of employment have been there for a long time.

Soon Lacey is employed at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, along with his brother Naser. As are two other brothers, Agron and Arbnor Pajaziti.

That all of these have family ties between themselves, have confirmed for the Word Journal themselves.

The Dean of FIM, Ahmet Shala, has also spoken of these works within this faculty for Gazette Word.

Dean Shala has said that no foreign collaborator with someone close to the department or programme has been engaged in the latest competition. He doesn't deny that this has happened in the past years.

“in the last competition has not been accepted by any foreign associate who has someone close to the Department/Resident programme”, Shala has said of the Word Gazette.

Super-Assisters

The Word newspaper reported days earlier on the assistant at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Drnusa Krasniqi, who assisted up to 13 subjects. But Feyzullah Krasniqi's daughter is not the only one who assists in such large numbers of subjects.

Almost all FIM assistants are engaged in 3 to 11 subjects. At least that's how they figure on the official faculty page.

Riyadh Ramadani is an assistant in the construction mechanism, where he assists in 11 subjects. Six classes in Bachelor and five at the Master.

His colleague, Rinor Berisha, is also assisting in just one less subject.

And Halil Demolli assists in removing less than nine subjects. While their two colleagues, Ramadan Duraku and Shkelzen Shabani, assist from 8 subjects.

And the only assistant that has a smaller number of subjects in which Assiston is the Macoll Square.

Conform the payment regulation at UP, level for assistant at UP/ The FIM is 10 hours a week, and up to 10 hours a week over-norm.

Dean Ahmet Shala has said of Gazeta Word that the involvement of assistants in more than 10 subjects is not preferred either by them or by the FIM management, but by doing so not to engage foreign collaborators.

“So depending on the subjects which assistants engage in, they may have over 10 subjects, which is not desirable either from assistants but certainly neither about the FIM management, but the payment regulation is mandatory and the salary rate should be provided for all regular academic staff, in the absence of the competition for engaged foreign co-workerial staff”, Shala told the Word Gazette.

For the assisting of Drnusa Krasniqi on 13 subjects were also declared by the Organisation for Education Growth. Krasniqi's assistance in so large a number of subjects they had seen as a suspicion of nepotism and favourability.

In ORCA, they had declared that no one would exercise duties in 13 different areas.

There is no international standard for such issues, but it is clear that no one can exercise tasks in 13 different areas. This is not about genius explosions, it's about the misuse of some natures and which must be masse”, says ORCA answers to the Word Journal.

On the other hand, at this faculty some of the professors are appearing to be irreplaceable. Although retired, they continue to legalize.

Musli Bajraktari, Fehmi Krasniqi and Mustafe Muharjeri are professors who are engaged in FIM, though they have long retired.

Same as Shaban Shaban, Xhemajl Fejzullahu and Jevat Pejruci.

At least that's how they figure on the official site of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Academical Staff.

And the number of subjects that legislate each of these <x0 user retirees” is from four to eight. Some at the Bachelor level, some at the Master.

In front of students, they come in directions, like communications and Renewable Energy System.

Retired professors' engagement, the FIM Dean says it is regulated at the University of Pristina level.

“The possibility of commitment by retired professors (65-70 years), without competition, is regulated at the level of UP”, Shala has said of the Word Gazette.

And from ORCA, they have said that at Pristina University there is a lack of willpower for cooling kuadours. According to them, new approaches to this university are considered dangerous.

“UP's lack of cods, but more than that, the UP's lack of willpower for cooling the quadro. Since existing cadres are resistant to new flows that could endanger their position. ”

Bytyqi: In Universities there are nepotism and policy implications

Nepotism in the institutions of higher education days earlier in an interview for Gazeta Word had also spoken of Minister of Education, Science and Technology Shyqi Bytyqi.

Bytyqi had said that it is known that there is nepotism in educational institutions and policy implications, but a solution must be found for that.

We non-stop talking that there are nepotism, there are policy implications within the educational system, and we need to see what the possible solution will be to get out of this” situation, Bytyqi said in an interview for the Word Journal.

But, the head of education in Kosovo, is expecting these problems to solve the owners of institutions to change the situation. He says that whoever takes action will have the support of August's militia.

We're affecting every part but we can't within the short term fix problems. What we're looking for is once to start the carriers themselves to solve the problems that exist and every host of responsibility, we say at every university or whether at the level of the pre-university education system it's going to have our unreserved support to change the situation”, he said.

But, if these fail to take action, says August will intervene.

And then where there's no movement and there may be obstacles, we'll be the ones to intervene”, Bytyqi told Word Gazette.

Otherwise, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is not the only faculty employed by professors and assistants who have family ties.
