Gjilan's founding prosecutor has filed charges against Salih Kqik, chief procurement officer in Gjilan. Jetish Maloku chief prosecutor in Gjilan told “Rajoni Prejs” that Salih Kqiku is accused of misusing official office or authority,
Maloku has also confirmed that within the week two charges are expected to be filed against two other municipal directors.
According to the indictment filed by prosecutor Isuf Sadiku, procurement chief Salih Kqiku is suspected to have eliminated the archives.
Kqiku is suspected that in the quality of the official person, the director of the procurement directorate, exploiting his office or official authority exceeds his competence in order to benefit himself or the other person by employing two of his family members.
Kqiku is suspected that in an office at the business incubator centre, where the two reports on the assessment of fixed assets and the Jeremiah “Higjen” in Gjilan, which police officials have not been able to find, and where they result in extinction.
Kqiku allegedly destroyed and hid archive materials is said in the prosecution's indictment.
