It has also adopted the preliminary decision to expropriate real estate affecting the construction of Elez's Pristina- Hani Highway.
Property is found in the Doganaj cadastral areas, Soponica, Reka, Nikaj, Bicec, Kojaj, Gajre, Djurdrell, Kacanik, Kacanic Old Kacanic of the Kacanik municipality, and in the Paldenica Cadastral and Pustennik areas of the municipality of Hani i Elezi
