Twenty years in prison for police accused of taking bribes on the <x0 highway

The defendants of this case are Sehemsi Demoli, Safet Velii, Naser Rama, Afrem Rafuna, Muhamet Buzhala, Ivica Djokiq, Ismail Azemni, Alush Elshani, Blerim Zylfaj, Bekim Zogaj, Qerim Beqiri, Azem Gojufi, Ardian Rrecaj, Sasa Nedeljkoq, Saban Gerguri, Shem Zamsiu Zaj, Aziz Krasni, Aziz Krasni Krasni, Lulzim Gashi Gashi, Seqi Zeki and Nuhkai.

According to the indictment, the accused, during December 2016, during the patrol on the <x0 highway, Ibrahim Rugova”, as co-chairmen acting under official authorisations, have requested and accepted gifts from violators of traffic regulations in order not to comply with their official duty, failing to impose on them counter-vancing sentences.

According to the trial, Shemsi Demoll was pronounced a unique fine sentence of 1,500 (a thousandth of) euros and a unique prison sentence of 15 (in 17th) months.

2 The defendant with the initial S.F. Because of six criminal acts, taking a bribe in co-ordination from Article 428 par.1 over Article 31 of KPRK, for each other, the penalty of 500 euros is pronounced fines, and for each of them the sentence of six (six) months is pronounced.

In terms of Article 80 parag 1 and 2 below pregr.2.4 and 2.5 the accused is pronounced sentence U n NIC with fines of 3,000 (three thousand) euros and sentence U NICH in prison for the duration of 31 (thirty 1) months.

The initially charged N.R. Because of two criminal acts, taking bribes in co-ordination by Article 428 par.1 regarding Article 31 of KPRK, for each single act, the penalty of 500 euros is pronounced fines, and for each, the sentence of six (six) months is pronounced.
In terms of Article 80 parag 1 and 2 below pregr.2.4 and 2.5 the accused is pronounced sentence U n NIC with fines in the amount of 1,000 (a thousand) euros and sentence U NICH in prison for 10 (ten) months.

Four. Because of the criminal offence to take bribes in co-ordination by Article 428 par.1 concerning Article 31 of KPRK, the penalty is pronounced in the amount of 1,000 euros, and the prison sentence of six (six) months.

Initiative M.B. accused. Because of three criminal acts, taking bribes in co-ordination from Article 428 par.1 over Article 31 of KPRK, for each single act, the penalty of 500 euros is pronounced fines, and for each, the sentence of five (five) months is pronounced.
In terms of Article 80 parag 1 and 2 below pregr.2.4 and 2.5 the accused is pronounced sentence U n NIC with fines in the amount of 1,500 (a thousand euros) and the U sentence NICH in prison for 12 (Twelve) months.

6 The Initiator I. J. Because of five criminal acts, taking a bribe in co-ordination from Article 428 par.1 over Article 31 of KPRK, for each other, the penalty of 500 euros is pronounced fines, and for each of them, a six-month prison sentence is pronounced.

In terms of Article 80 parag 1 and 2 below pregr.2.4 and 2.5 the accused is pronounced sentence U n NIC with fines of 2,500 (two hundred) euros and the U sentence NICH in prison for 25 (fiveth) months.

The defendant with initial I.A. Because of two criminal acts, taking bribes in co-ordination by Article 428 par.1 regarding Article 31 of KPRK, for each single act, the penalty of 500 euros is pronounced fines, and for each, the sentence of six (six) months is pronounced.
In terms of Article 80 parag 1 and 2 below pregr.2.4 and 2.5 the accused is pronounced sentence U n NIC with fines in the amount of 1,000 (a thousand) euros and sentence U NICH in prison for 10 (ten) months.

The accused with the initial A.E. Because of two criminal acts, taking bribes in co-ordination by Article 428 par.1 concerning Article 31 of KPRK, for each single act, the penalty of 500 euros is pronounced fines, and for each of them the sentence of five (five) months is pronounced.
In terms of Article 80 parag 1 and 2 below pregr.2.4 and 2.5 the accused is pronounced sentence U n NIC with fines in the amount of 1,000 (a thousand) euros and sentence U NICH in prison for eight months.

9 Initiated B.Z. Because of three criminal acts, taking bribes in co-ordination by Article 428 par.1 concerning Article 31 of KPRK, for each single act, the penalty of 500 euros is pronounced fines, and for each of them the sentence of six months.

In terms of Article 80 parag 1 and 2 below pregr.2.4 and 2.5 the accused is pronounced sentence U n NIC with fines in the amount of 1,500 (a thousand euros) and the U sentence NICH in prison for 15 (16) months.

Initiator B.Z. Because of two criminal acts, taking bribes in co-ordination by Article 428 par.1 regarding Article 31 of KPRK, for each single act, the penalty of 500 euros is pronounced fines, and for each, the sentence of six (six) months is pronounced.

The defendant with the initial L.G. Because of three criminal acts, taking bribes in co-ordination from Article 428 par.1 concerning Article 31 of KPRK, for each single act, the penalty of 500 euros is pronounced fines, and for each, the sentence is pronounced to prison for six months.
In terms of Article 80 parag 1 and 2 below pregr.2.4 and 2.5 the accused is pronounced sentence U n NIC with fines in the amount of 1,500 (a thousand euros) and the U sentence NICH in prison for 15 (16) months.
