Bytyqi has joined President Thaci's team after spending about three months in the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo party.
I see the presidency as a non-party institution and I passed it as an adviser. This was the president's preference and I was appointed by President Thaci's decision as his political adviser”, Bytyqi said yesterday about the Indexline portal.
