In that writing, Surroi pours out her rage over Kosovo's impasse to develop over the past 20 years. The blame for this development is seen in the ruling political class, which is the only one worthy of sanction.
She has said that the wealth of people in power is similar as citizens continue to remain in extreme poverty.
Sanction is the key term for this writing of Surroi, which has again attacked power from different points and with different key terms. It seems that Kosovo is this time afraid of breaking up reports with international allies, of which the country's citizens would suffer even more.
