Pentagon: Syrian Democratic Forces have moved to respond to Turkish attacks

“We are aware that the SDF has moved its forces in response to recent tensions, yet this was not under coalition direction,” said Pentagon spokesman Adrian Rankine-Galloway for “Hriyet” on January 30th, the Periscopi broadcast.
The spokesman did not provide further details about the reposition of the location, but he said that <x1-> these movements were not followed by coalition supporters,” referring to the US coalition, which had fought against Iraq's Islamic State and the Levant (ISIL).
US support for YPG has created a split line between Washington and Ankara since Turkey considers the YPG as a terrorist group for its ties to the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
“We are fully committed to working with our Turkish allies to de-disclos tensions along the Turkish-Syrian border and to ensure the sustainable loss of I SIS,” said Galloway using another acronym for I SIL./Periscopi/
