Police have also declared a search for another person. L.E., 35, resident in Vlora, allegedly for poor motives in the neighbourhood “Independence”, has burned the bar, which is owned by the citizen D.Q., causing material damage.
Police are working on legal documentation of the circumstances of the event. The investigative materials referred to the Vlora Judiciary District Prosecution for further actions.
