Missing judge in murder case at Run Vivant, session postponed

Judge Arben Hoti's jury member missed trial for the murder of Uka's Beftman in Lokalin “Bon Vivant” in 2014.

Massar Gerdovci's trial hearing and Sheriff Krasniqi, accused of killing Uka Uniman at “Ban Vivant” in Pristina in 2014, has been postponed, because the court was not complete.

Court member Arben Hoti was missing. The session that was not held today was scheduled February 6th.

Lokalin “Bon Vivant” on October 13th 2014 was killed by Niteman Uka, who was his guardian. The “Rexhep Luci” in Pristina was blocked last year, after the murder reconstruction was made at “Bon Vivant”.

The same has happened during yesterday's day in the case of former PDK delegation Azem Syla, as hearings for the case had been interrupted in the absence of the judge.
