The latest Kosovo Justice Commission broadcast research into the situation created about the effort to abolish the Special Court Law, which was initiated by the KLA War Veterans' Association, which with a petition of 15,000 signatures was addressed to the Kosovo Parliament.
Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri does not comment on the initiative to abolish the Special.
“As we are all informed there has been an attempt to abolish the Special Court by a group of Kosovo Parliament deputies. It has remained where it remained, and I will not comment on whether the initiative was fair or unfair, but I will work in harmony with the laws that are in force”, Tahiri said.
I've heard many sayings that this court does not judge war but judges certain individuals. I'm told the right thing seems pointless because you can't judge certain individuals who have led the war and not judge the KLA war. It is impossible”, Tahiri added.
