In an interview for the New Age newspaper, he said this underground act should urgently begin to be implemented.
According to him, the other measures that need to be taken by the institutions to reduce air pollution are to control filters at KEK's thermal power plants, awareness of the population's failure to use coal as fuel, and to expand the Cogenification project.
