Ali Planna managed to be declared champion several times in several targeted contests held in Kosovo from 1987 onward.
Plana had succeeded in being proclaimed champion and vice champion even in the time of the former Yugoslavia.
In an interview for Telegrafi, Plana has confessed his activity as a signatory, and has also told of the recent war period in Kosovo in 1998-1999, where he helped the KLA materially and professionally.
He has during that time arranged snipers and collected materials for the new KLA fighters.
