In his address, Gjilan leader Lutfi Haziri said that, in the post of the National Council of Albanians in eastern Kosovo and as chairman of the Bujanovac Municipal Assembly, Jonuzi continued his struggle for political justice, for the political rights of Albanians in this part, which has remained unjustly outside the solution of Vienna's Kosovo problem.
Today we honored our lives, the work, the sacrifice of Jonuz Musliu, who separated himself from life in glorious January and joined the path of fellow fighters in the uprising for freedom of Albanians in Kosovo, eastern Kosovo and Macedonia. His whole life he's dedicated to his country. We have been close associates in resolving the political problems of Albanians in eastern Kosovo and rights in the Republic of Kosovo. Jonuz made it his will to solve these problems. No one has the right to deny this right”, Haziri said.
And the mayor of Bujanoc, Shaip Kamberi, said that I would remember Jonuz Musliu as a man who loved his birthday, Bujanocin, and wanted to make it a better place for all its citizens.
On behalf of Republika Prime Minister Ramush Haradniaj, he has conveyed the most sincere condolences of the early death of Jonuz Musliu, his adviser, Haki Shatri.
Meanwhile, on behalf of the family the son of the event, Albania Musliu, who thanked Chairman Haziri for the respect shown for the figure of the former UCMPB political representative.
In the end, the mayor of Gjilan has shared gratitude to Post Mortum for Jonuz Musliu, for “for the extraordinary contribution made to the liberation of Kosovo and the affirmation of the rights of Albanians in eastern Kosovo”.
