Kosovo Initiative Chairman Fatmir Limaj declared today that Kosovo should not take revenge on the European Union on visa terms, since Kosovo has proposed it as a condition of demarcation.
The initiative's first comments were made at the National Council meeting, where dialogue with Serbia, Demarkation and Special Court are three issues that must be resolved as soon as possible in order for the country to move forward.
Limaj said that it is not enough for the government to send this issue to the country, but that the agreement with Montenegro has concessions and those concessions under it should be corrected in order to reach a common solution without touching the interests of the two countries.
As another issue that must be resolved once and for all, Limaj has listed dialogue with Serbia.
He said all experts must join in discussing what should be discussed with Serbia, so that this dialogue will end.
Limaj called the return of the Special Court to the Kosovo Assembly strange, especially for the fact that it was made by those who have already voted.
He made it known that the initiative must be responsible. As he stressed how the Initiative will never oppose justice.
According to him, the Initiative for Kosovo will always make conform decisions of state interest, no matter how difficult they may be.
