According to newspaper sources, the review of the demarcation in Headsy is dragging its back in order to find a solution not to fail to ratify the Agreement in the Parliament. This is intended to take place before 6 February, when Montenegro's Prime Minister Dusan Markovic will pay an official visit to Kosovo.
Although the agenda has not been officially established yet, the central topic will be border dispute between the two countries. As the paper finds out, there are efforts by the Government to find a strong excuse to support the official version of the border agreement with Montenegro.
The option is to adopt a joint declaration between the two countries, where the commitment to review the agreement is expressed if new facts are found. Thus, the agreement is not expected to be put into agenda, without 2/3 of the vote being secured.
