The trial for the murder of Naim Hajriz, in the case known as “Cekici”, was postponed in the absence of conditions for maintaining judicial examination.
Because of this delay, Rame Dresaj and Fehmije Gashi-Bytyqi, who are currently abroad, were told to have been absent.
In the absence of conditions for holding the hearing, no indictees had been brought from custody, since the Court had long been notified of the attorneys' absence, which other parties in the procedure had announced.
During this session, it was planned to be heard as witnesses by investigative policemen Zymer Gashi, Emin Beqiri and Lulzim Hosten.
In the absence of basic conditions for holding the hearing, Justice Chairman Vesel Ismajli scheduled the next session for February 5th.
The prosecution accuses Gzim Retkocer and Osman Spahiun that on April 29, 2009, with the aim of profiting wealth has now kidnapped the late Naim Hajrizi and then hit him with strong means by drowning him.
Spahiu and Retkocer in July 2015 were sentenced to 30 years in prison, but after the defense complaint, the Court of Appeals had turned the case into retrial. /Callo.com. /
