With the words “believing in society and nation, and in citizenship, movement and state, at work and in knowledge”, Albin Kurti, the sole candidate for the first candidate for the Vetevendosje Movement, has demanded the members' confidence to regain Vetevendosje's leadership.
The candidate for the first of the Vetevendosje Movement, Albin Kurti, has today unveiled his governing platform at the helm of LVV, where he stressed that he had a desire to have an anti-Candida.
Kurt has shown what are the three pillars in which the subject stands, which he wants to lead.
Next, find Kurt's talk to those present:
Thank you, Albule. These thanks are so hard on me that I have confidence in this speech I have prepared, but this confidence turns back to me as I think it's in THESE!
Dear activists and members of Movement V DON'T!
Dear members of the leadership, Deputy Mayor Fatmire, Secretary Baca Ismajl, Parliamentary Group Chairman Glauk, other Kosovo Parliamentary Assembly MPs, mayors of municipalities and assistants of municipal municipalities throughout Kosovo,
Dear Shaban and Resmije Geedadini, Kadri Balaj, Jemile and Avni Dehari, Arlinda and Arta, parents and wives of Arben, Astritus, Moni, and Arbnor,
honoured ones,
We are on the verge of new internal elections of our Movement, which wants democracy in Kosovo and practices democracy in itself. The mayor's choice is significant development under our determination to be together in organization and together in direction.
I'm sorry we won't have another platform of anyone else who opposes me. I was hoping there would be other candidates for the mayor, but it wasn't up to me. Although, just as some candidates are no guarantee of democratic elections, a candidate does not show its absence. On one hand, the will and enthusiasm of V membership SEEVE! and the organs of Movement should be expressed in their free definition, meanwhile, on the other hand, our democratic statute requires just such a thing now.
The presidential elections are being held more than a month earlier, because that's the time he had left for the former chairman until the end of his term when he resigned. In this case, I want to thank Visar Ymer for leading the nearly three-year-old leadership of the Movement for his work and his continued contribution and engagement, very useful and very valuable to our movement. Visar is a member of the Movement, along with us; Visari is V deputy The other day. I have always appreciated and appreciated the opinion of Visar on both the political and ideological plains and the institutional and practical. Vicar regularly consulted with me how much he was the chairman when I was gone, so I will consult him, for the general interest of the Movement, and for good as we walk together.
There are three pillars on which our subject stands:
- Our name is us. We who move to decide the citizens themselves. In principle, the right to democratic self - determination of the people of Kosovo is the right for this people to express themselves to their home, whether they love the Republic or Monarch, whether you want it together with Albania or not. Within demand for realisation of this right, the subjective position of Movement V It's for the Republic and for the Union with Albania, as civic and human rights, in the spirit of uniting our European continent, such as economic need, security and culture of all walks of our society. Our seriousity is crucial to convincing international partners to be co-operating with us in this project, which is also in the best interests of the region.
- Our program makes development. He has constantly improved and updated. So will the following. A nondomatic but multidoctrinal programme, where the focus is on the need for economic development, for protection of local production, to the possibility of competing (comparable priority), for combating solidarity and reseparation inequality, for the private sector in which competition and co-operation do not deny each other, for human and minority rights, for environmental preservation, always according to European social democracy models.
- We make our own organization. Developing a transparent organization where it is said is done according to statutes and regulations. An organisation that has room for people with different opinions, that promotes constructive criticisms and condemns provocations, slanders, and especially abuses of those of a lesser position, an organization that values forgiveness as well as forgiveness, an organisation that promotes the restraint of activists who should be an example to the citizen. And for the end, an organization that places importance on reading and studying science - knowledge, art, and culture - that is, taste other than knowledge - because an uncultural, ignorant activist or politician develops complexities that desperately try to heal through power.
So these are the foundations of Movement V. EVIDENCE, which even if it fails, is always trying to achieve, even if it does not, is always in an effort to perfect. As long as the movement effectively drives these three ideas forward, it is a historical organisation of importance for Albanians, not just a next political subject.
Gender Issue
Our organization faces the same problems that our large association experiences. Among the most disturbing problems, gender discrimination. We cannot expect to solve this problem in society unless we solve it in the organization.
I am aware that there are no final recipes for solving this problem, which exists even in the most developed and emancipated countries of the world. However, we cannot stand passive, such as Movement, against insults and abuse meant by inequality.
Kosovo will not win with the Movement if the Movement is not women as much as men's, because Kosovo should be women as men's.
Initial but urgent steps in this regard are these:
The functioning of the disciplinary Commission, or establishing a gender-related commission, which specialises in examining the issues of this nature, and disciplining them. Sexualism at the time of a person's physical and moral integrity is to be forgiven without forgiveness.
Continued education through the Secretariat of the Activist Woman in cooperation with the Secretariat for Idepolitical Formation, holding self - awareness meetings with activists at each center, training and foreign language courses, public speaking, distributing translated material, and promoting writing and discussion of topics related to gender issues within and outside the organization.
Every new member, so recently joined in V FOR an initial three - month period, she will have a daughter or a former member of the Mentore Movement.
Promoting the meetings of activists in the form of “systerhoods” (now) in all centres, with the aim of creating more frequent and more quality communication between them, where they empower their collective voice within the movement, exchange experiences, educate each other, educate both boys and men, and affect the whole movement.
The Code of Conduct for All Members, with special emphasis on boys and men, on unacceptable communication and expression. Women and girls should have a safe, uncomfortable environment and discussion.
It will be aimed at achieving gender equality in employment, the Movement Administration. In the next mandate, the Movement should review the statute both from a feminist point of view and turn into a model for respecting gender equality.
Organizing Activists According to Negotiations
Organisations of activists on territorial and geographical grounds (pica and centre) will also be added to organisation in the regional and professional bases. This may take the form of Activists ' advice (e.g. Council of Movement Engineers; Council of Jurists; Council of Medicine; and so on.
Besides identifying the professional capacities of our membership and activists, wherever they are located, this new organization will have three functions:
- A) Inform the knowledge movement of the field of specialties, according to the profession.
- b) supply human resources movement into its structures, as the need is very great, but will be even greater when the Movement enters central government.
- C) organize regular meetings (e.g. Two times a year) each council, in the form of a professional convention, discusses the subject of policy profiling with the scope of that profession.
The initial organisation of this advice will be conducted by the Centres, with co-ordination from the General Secretariat, from a scan of our membership professions, and then through the organisation of meetings between the central figures of the Movement (members of leadership, MPs, etc.) with activists and a given profession, until the collection of the first professional conventions of activists.
Volunteerism Helps Society
In a poor, troubled country like Kosovo, there is no way that there is no work for volunteers, especially zealous and self - sacrificing volunteers like Movement V activists. I'm sorry. Since our people have an average new age, and within these people our movement is the movement of youth, we have to put youthful enthusiasm in the function of society.
Centers It's local government, I mean. In Pristina, Prizren, Dardana, (but also Mitrovica, Vushtrri and Kline) will be targeted for use of the Movement's influence to build the People's Kitchen for the Poor. These kitchens will be managed by volunteers and activists, who will collect excess food from restaurants or service, while also donations from various local producers and businesspeople.
In larger cities, Pristina, Prizren and Mitrovica, construction of V volunteer centres will be planned WISE, whose goal will be the daily organization of vulnerable work, primarily of young people, to help individuals and communities in need. The focus of assistance will especially be on poor levels -- elderly people who have no help -- ignored minorities, underdeveloped neighbourhoods.
Volunteers will organise collections and distribution from citizens, awareness of matters of public good (public hygiene, conservation of environment, addressing abuse and need institutions, etc.). Volunteers will also have room to propose activities according to their will and creativity, from them entertainment, cultural and educational to themselves and the residents of the neighbourhood, to campaigns to clean up waste or snow in winter.
At these centers of volunteers, activists who have teaching skills will be able to organize free courses for poor citizens, foreign languages, artistic skills, and even no trade.
Finances
The movement continues its work thanks to three financial resources, and they are funds from the state budget, donations, and membership contributions. To do as much work the Movement does, but even to have as many donations as possible, it is imperative that spending money meets three criteria:
- Be completely transparent, then, each donor, or every centre in Kosovo or the grant that brings the donation, knows exactly what the money you donate will be used for.
- To be on the basis of savings and efficiency no purchase should be above the cheapest market price, and no purchased material should be wasted.
- Decentralisation, both for salaries and budgets. More of the Movement's budget should go to the centre, and, instead of raising the salaries of few in the capital, the number of people employed by the Movement in all centres throughout Kosovo should increase.
We will commit to spending on pay and office rent to be below 50% of the overall budget, aiming to drop to 30%. An urgent goal is to increase the collection of membership contributions.
Organizing Secretariat in All Centers
People employed in Movement V ENVIRONMENT! It should be almost equal to men as many as women, as young activists - with experience over five years - as young activists. They must belong to different trends, professions, and talents.
No task on Move V WOULD not be viewed as a privilege or a position, whether that of the president, secretary, or MP, but no duty should be viewed as humility, be it the task of the receptionist or driver. It will be targeted since Movement V. There should be no large wage gap, and that the lowest full-time salary be no less than a third of the highest pay (which is the president's, MPs, secretary). Headship, Parliamentary Group, and the Secretary General should greatly enhance the sensitivity of activists from the Centres to internal inequality.
Everyone's tasks should be clearly defined, with objective description of tasks and tasks. They will do an assessment of their own work every month, which they will present to the organising secretary of their centre. Every six months, an assessment of their work will be done by the agency's organising secretary, and at the top of each year it will be decided whether he deserves remarks, praise, or even change of office, according to the results achieved.
Appreciation is essential, and responsibility and discipline are necessary, but that does not mean severity. The lack of results at work is often due to a person's incompatible with his work role, and this will initially be aimed at resolving another role of work that is more compatible with one's abilities rather than with his immediate departure. The general secretariat may consider the possibility of having someone studying and managing our human resources policies on full - time duty.
High positions in the Movement, such as the Mayor's, Deputy Chairman, Organising Secretary, MP, etc. They will be strictly regulated according to regulations and the statute, to have as often the college and forum-controlled decision-making as possible by forums as the General Council and BiH, and as often as individual decision-making, only in emergency cases and in cases of daily work management, according to the forecast. Political and organisational decision-making competencies should be more and more of a collective forum. We don't need strong powers either in the movement or outside.
Our downtowns in Mergita should be re-organized under the statuteic changes. It cannot be our centers in Germany or Switzerland with the same status in the statute as the centre in a Kosovo municipality with several thousand residents and several dozen activists. Likewise, the organisation and activity of our centres in municipalities where we have the mayor or co-governance is different from those where we continue to be in opposition.
Political Forums
Political forum meetings will be in regular terms or more often. Thus, meetings of the General Council will be held at least every three months, meetings of the Movement's Headship will be held once a week, and meetings of activists and secretariat employees will also be held once a week.
Meetings will not function as monologues or as speeches, where one person from above speaks and others from below listen. Meetings are the key point of mutual politicisation, where each should be urged to give his own opinion, speaking and voting. In the meeting, issues of presentness will be discussed, and thoughts and decisions will be made.
Internal discussions in the Movement should be as frequent as possible. The silence among activists shows either their own conformism toward leadership or the increased frustration that later erupts. We have to make mistakes as much as possible to make mistakes with citizens and against the regime. It does not matter at any time if we say something unwise or incorrect by speaking and discussing. Inner communication dialogue becomes an increase and benefits for all.
For the gathering to have efficiency, a culture of cultured discussion must also develop. It should be targeted by each person to prepare the written one, the one who will then communicate with his mouth, to save time and to be more efficient. And there is no lesson without text. The upgrade is improved text.
Movement Offices
Movement offices have three functions: they are addresses where citizens come to seek help; they are the center where activists and volunteers gather to spend their time constructively; they are a job for centre secretariat employees. Except for offices in Pristina and any other centre, the offices of Movement in many centres do not reflect the right image. Our objective is that the offices of the Movement everywhere are marked by a peaceful, clean, orderly view of a work environment and volunteering. This does not mean luxury, but it does not even mean reconciliation with neglected, unregulated environments. Offices must be equipped with computers and tools that we can provide with gifts from exiles.
Activist
V Activist It's just this:
Organized and active. Organization without activity becomes bureaucracy. Action without organization becomes chaos.
Crear and modest. Unmoderate pride becomes presumptuous. Modesty without pride gives way.
Dear and rigorous. Unkindness becomes presumptuous. Loving - kindness without severity becomes a washing machine.
I'm determined and analytical. There is no assessment and judgment without study and analysis. The trial without a study is arbitrary. Unjudiced study is overwhelming indecision.
I'm angry and hopeful. Anger without hope becomes vengeance. Hope Without Anger
It's a nightmare.
I teach and argue. The unconventional teaching becomes self - closure. The lessonless debate is made
The talker.
Work and action. No action bothers you. Doing job free makes you lazy.
honoured ones,
The moral purity of Movement activist is not just purpose but especially tool. Cleanliness is valuable in the light of a goal, not in itself. A person may also have a tendency to make the instrument a goal. We should not fertilize the vehicle by making it purpose and should not be obsessed with our purity. In our activism, our political activist should not be seen as a disinfected subject, a drug worker. We don't need political activist as sanitation and sanitation. Let us know that whenever we receive power, we need to have a clean conscience, but we must be anxious if we do not twist our hands.
We need to maintain purity, but we do not understand it as our own purpose. If we see cleanliness in that regard, we become selfish, we fall in love. So we love principles, not why they are principles, but why we believe that they lead to worthwhile purposes and beneficial results. Trying to save the V Movement In some rigid principle, it means betraying her intentions. We believe in ourselves. We believe in ourselves. We have made tactical compromises to move towards our goal, not compromises with principles for individual benefits.
However, those who do not understand tactical compromise in the V's past They may think that <x0] progress died”, and then be released in nihilism, or in a situation where everything (they do) becomes justified. This is from the extreme to the extreme, so from the attitude that no principle should be violated (unabled to tactic), to the attitude that no principle should be maintained (invulnerable to strategy).
So while saying that we shouldn't be afraid of ourselves, we need to twist our hands by (and) maintain a clean conscience, at the same time we also say that the activist is at the center of the public's attention, and the metaphor of “the washing of hands is worth only when it is necessary for the sake of the collective movement, never for the sake of passions or narrow interests.
The activist must be self - controlled, both in working times and in moments of leisure, social, or family. An activist who exceeds the measure of certain behavior shows insensitivity for citizens but also damages Movement, and he has to take responsibility for it.
Activists dare not spend more time with people of the regime than with each other, and they dare not spend more time with each other than with the people. We have to deal with much more With non-organized citizens than regime people.
The movement should guide people by obeying them and giving examples. Within the organization, the leader is not the one to follow, but he who serves and helps most of the group's organization to accomplish its goals.
The leader is also an activist. The leader is the leader of the organization, not the idea. He is guided by the idea that it is the organization. The organisation produces activists who lead whose characteristics are: motivation of others, personal integrity, self-confidence, research and analytical ability, general knowledge and specifically that of the Political Programme and the Government Alternative! Not only leaders but also ideas must unite, not only guide. Leading ideas that do not unite end up with individual leaders.
activism prevents you from becoming materially rich despite opportunities. If you're in politics, you shouldn't be richer than when you weren't in politics. Thus, it is imperative that the wealth of Movement politicians does not grow over time. It is even preferable to become poorer by being in politics. But never richer.
Secretariat for Media and Communication
The SPC will grow in human capacities and competencies. This secretariat will be no longer dependent on the Secretary of Organization, but depending on the Headship of Movement. The amendment to the statute for the Media and Communication Secretary to be part of ex-officio of Headship (just like SMJ) will be proposed.
The organization compiles the weekly slogans and the monthly slogans. We have to go fast because we say theories and novels about the regime and his people slander us with slogans.
The organisation is generally communication and logistics. We must have the powerful organization in our movement, because otherwise we lose, but, anyway, we must not win because of powerful organization. Victory must be the victory of our idea, of our concept.
V Activists They should not participate only in central and political TV shows. How often should we be present with our own explanations and ideas on local televisions as well as various cultural, social, and entertainment shows. Political shows usually see those who are already politically positioned with certain interests and there may be little movement.
We often talk only about Pristina citizen, his language and way. We need to keep all of Kosovo in mind, increasingly. We want to be understood, we want to be understood, so we need to understand people who want to understand us. We need to communicate actively with citizens. Let's be communicable.
Domestic communication in Movement with its members is no less important than foreign communication with citizens. The SPC, in co-operation with the Co-ordinator for Centres, should build closed communication and information forums on our activists according to their responsibilities and our themes.
Communication can be up and down and down. A dense part of it where many members communicate with many members and a rare part where many members communicate with some members. Somewhere it must be centralised and somewhere decentralised. Communication provides information by building common meaning for current situations, events, and objectives.
Problems in communication between activists should consider the Secretary General. They are often the result of various characters reflected in (non-preventability for differences, hurt series, time needed for credibility, definition of (unclear of arguments, etc.) and so on.
Foreign Relations Secretariat
The Foreign Relations Secretariat needs to be increased with capacity to handle three tasks that are all three important and difficult to manage by one person. Those three tasks are: developing and improving relations with political and party partners in foreign countries and with factors and international organisations; Increasing co-operation with organisations, associations, union of other subjects, on the basis of political activities or goals; Managing the hearing protocol of visits from personalities to Movement, or visiting representatives of the Movement pending, meetings and ceremonies.
The aim of the Movement is to inter-organize our national cause, and also to increase relations and partnership with Social Democrat forces, but also other friendly and progressive forces, in Europe and the world.
But also, the goal of the Movement is to create social, political and opposition fronts, against dangerous phenomena for our country and society, which are often caused by different powers operating in Kosovo -- central and local, local and international, political or economic.
The Secretariat for Idepolitical Formation
Two types of political school need V One year at a time. 20 selected activists (philosophy, political economy, sociologisty, psychology, anthropology) and another year at a time. 200 activists (Government Alternative, V position arguments The explanation of the concept, structure, history and ways of the Movement. All activists need to develop our discours, software and attitudes. We need to connect socialecratic values to one side, our national culture, and on the other, our Movement's organizational methods. V Political School It should not deal with activists to make those militants intellectuals and limit themselves to them. But to deal especially with those who joined and who have still become activists.
V It must affirm the National Renaissance, the second half of the 20th century, and the first half of the 20th century. To re-unit him as a general spirit and as a number of lyrics to our reborns, from Sami Frasher to Fan Noley.
The movement should be both school and parliament, like the epic theater of Bertolt Brecht. The movement must be school: The teacher teaches students to become teachers. The movement must become parliament: activists join the ongoing discussion. Political school needs to reveal the right socio-economic, political-institutional, cultural-historic questions where people are the answer. Because Movement V It's the people's expression of resistance and popular concept as a solution.
It doesn't make us critical without programmes, just as it doesn't make us have programs without criticism. Critical research consists of research and analysis of subjects and issues. Meanwhile, the program in theory, political philosophy, and concrete solutions. Left, socialocracy, developmental state, progressive tax, social security, national union, direct action, protests, PDK, LDK, etc. We need to explain to the maximum half-page text each to be taught massively by each member and gradually deeper and wider than that. And we should have an illustrated text about who the V Movement is. EVIDENCE! - History, concept, attitudes, and methods. And another text also illustrated briefly for the history and currentity of Kosovo and the Albanian nation.
Many of those who become members of Movement V Not only are they not activists but they are still not members. Their membership was formal at first and then must be made container. This is also true of citizens in general who are not so overwhelmed by the concept of our program. The task of Political School is to bridge these ditches.
Regularly, at least twice a month, semi-form discussion will be organised in the movement, where one makes a presentation on a topic and then others discuss it openly. Coffee, tea and water are free. Committees and Political School are involved. Political school also educates and educates. This secretariat may have to be changed, for example. The Secretariat for Progressive Emancipation.
Ending
From the Mosyfest to Political Program and the Political Programme of the Government Alternative. This is the conceptual journey of the V Movement. EVIDENCE! He who changed [his course] after it had grown and enlarged. Democracy in institutions and in society, sovereignty in the state and territory, production and employment in the economy, justice and the law for equality, contribution and maintenance for welfare are listed in 20 chapters of our Government Alternative. From ideas to criticism, from criticism to attitudes, and from attitudes to solutions. V SINCE, she has kept moving forward with no imagination of the past, no melancholi in the present, and self - confidence toward the future. With self - confidence that the future is not a waiting station, the future is a space we create and a time we earn.
For the sovereignty of Kosovo to the right to unity.
For socialocracy, fair and well-being and developing state.
For domestic and external democracies, facing arguments, unstopable constructive criticism and respect for each of them's contributions.
To fight corruption, abuses and discrimination of any nature, whether gender, hierarchical, district, Mosshor, or economic class.
To the ideals of the martyrs, to the justice of Moni, Arben and Astroth, for freedom of freedom of France, Athol, and Egzon!
Always on the move. Always together.
On January 21st are domestic elections in Movement V For chairman of Movement V. I'm sorry. By believing in society and in nation and citizenship, in Movement and State, at work and in knowledge, I seek your faith!
Thank you.
