Kosovo's Economic Oda has said businesses in Kosovo are discredited in terms of transport of goods due to the lack of vehicle documents for free movement across countries, as well as non-recognition of the patent for drivers issued by Kosovo institutions. The OEK says each transport is charged with an additional cost of 2,500 3,000 euros. And if Kosovo were equal to other states, 20,000 new jobs would be opened.
The Kosovo business community is more oriented in economic activities, servants and trades, and in this direction transport is a section which, if used with equal rights with counterparts from the region, in Kosovo, would open up to 20,000 jobs at these” services, the Kosovo Economic Oda municipality is said.
Another concern is the fact that Austria is unable to transition through this country, to other European countries because it does not accept the patent partner issued by Kosovo institutions, and also worries the fact that bureaucratic visa procedures that have become one of the most pronounced barriers to local business, especially in 2016, 2017 and are going on in 2018.

In the regional aspect and implementation of CEFTA itself, the fact that two states have not recognised Kosovo's citizenship, such as Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the same time they do not accept documentation and enable free movement of citizens, services and goods from Kosovo to make it impossible to be equal and competitive in this regard.
The very fact that we as a country do not possess the green card, ATA-carnet, TIR-carnet and many binding documents for international business, local businesses are obliged to use transport services from countries in the region, which raises the cost of import and directly hits the citizen.
Even worse is the fact that many local companies own transport tools, but it is impossible to exploit them, and at the same time a truck of imports from European countries charge the import cost at 2500-3000 Euros.
