Kosovo delegation returns tomorrow from Brussels ? unknown when next meeting is held

An initial meeting between the Kosovo Delegation and Serbia's one in Brussels has failed to be held after the Serb side has decided to step down after the politician's murder, Oliver Ivanovic.

Kosovo delegation chief Avni Arifi has said the Serbian delegation has withdrawn before the meeting between them begins.
