Although support for US leadership has declined in most parts of the world, Gallup's latest survey shows Kosovars and Albanians remain America's most steadfast worshipers
While the adoption of American leadership and its leader, Donald Trump, changes in the Balkan region countries, this survey shows that support is higher in Kosovo than in any other European country.
The survey released Thursday showed that 75 per cent of people in Kosovo support the work of US leadership.
Neighboring Albania comes in second, with 72 per cent support, reportedly in the report, broadcasts Klan Kosova.
“US received majority approval in only three countries or areas in Europe in 2017 Kosovo, which leads the region and the world in adopting American leadership, Albania, which ranks second worldwide and Poland”, is highlighted in the report.
“It is not unusual to see Kosovars and Albanians at the top of the approval list; these two populations usually give high marks of the American leadership”, is indicated in this survey.
However, the report indicated that even in these two countries, support for America had declined compared to last year.
Meanwhile, support for the American leader was much lower everywhere else. In Macedonia, 45 per cent support the current US leadership, while 34 per cent do not, though the scale in Macedonia was higher than it had been.
“in Macedonia, which renewed its US-backed efforts to join NATO and the European Union, was raised from 30 percent to 45 percent. Its approval of EU leadership increased just as long at the same time, from 41 per cent to 54 per cent to”, the survey shows.
In Croatia, support for Trump is only 24 percent, which was a 20-point drop compared to last year.
In the meantime, Serbia is at the bottom of the European level of support, with only 16 per cent support.
The poll was conducted in 134 countries and fields.
