KEK does not compensate for houses built after 2015 in the Shipitule, even though the number rose earlier

This was after the Kosovo government on October 31st 2016 had made the decision that the date for the cutting of the family economies in the Shipilella area will be July 15th 2015, the date required by the Kosovo Energy Corporation.
However, the number of homes has increased just before the cut date. Between June 2014 and August 2015, about 200 houses have been built. This has caused the cost of expropriation to rise to over 4fold. Of the estimated 5 million in 2014, it has risen to over 25m euros for four years.
In KEK, they have announced that the Government Commission, which has made measurements on the ground and ascertained the state of homes and property of residents of Hade and Shiptilla, has data on houses that were built after this date.
