Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has been visiting Albania's president, Ilir Meta, with whom he said they have discussed different topics. But, when asked about the demarcation and the Special Court, Meta had no opinion, only said it was a matter of Kosovo institutions.
The “is in Kosovo on a visit to the anniversary of President Rugova's eternity transition. We've taken the opportunity to continue a conversation we've opened before every day in Tirana. It's a brotherly conversation, but it's also understood that we discuss topics that are important to Pristina and Tirana”, Haradinaj said, writes Periscopi.
Meanwhile, Meta has said they have discussed various issues with Haradinaj, but in particular with the topics of European integration.
“Explores the most particular admiration for President Rugova's work. Of course, we have discussed with Prime Minister Haradinaj about all the prospects with which Kosovo is engaged or is locked up as it is of European integrations. I believe we should do everything both Albania and Kosovo to fulfil our pledges on the path to integration. As for the enlargement strategy, it is important to consider the entire decision making so that the entire region will be encouraged and have encouraging dates or deadlines in terms of the reform process to pass this country to a European country”, Meta said.
Meanwhile, Meta has also been asked by journalists on the issue of demarcation and Special Court, which they have said is a matter of Kosovo institutions.
“I believe these are solutions that Kosovo institutions will provide”, he has said.
