Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Abduselim Shkodra participated in launching the Human Rights Advance project in the Kosovo Police.
This project, which is co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe, will be implemented in partnership with the MPB, the Kosovo Police and the Police Inspectorate, respectively.
Shkodra, in this case, said that based on the liberal constitutional orientation that Kosovo has, and the obligations it makes as subject to international law, has taken measures and actions necessary to meet international obligations that come up with international human rights rights rights rights rights rights, including respect for human rights by law enforcement, during law enforcement.
