European Integration Minister Dona Hoxha hosted the meeting today, Italy's Ambassador Piero Cristoforo Sardi, with whom she discussed the achievements and challenges of the integration process.
Hoxha, in this case, has stressed that they welcome the objective assessment of our commitment to the integration process, becoming part of the assessment of the EU's enlargement plan with the countries of the region, with deadlines and tasks defining our path.

While the ambassador, Piero Cristoforo Sardi, stressed that the future of the region is within European integrations, being with similar rights and obligations and Euro-Atlantic values.
Kosovo has proved that it is willing to face challenges, of course, demarcation is the key issue of this process. Fighting corruption, empowering rule of law and good interethnic relations are some of the priorities that must be addressed and identified with visible results, the Italian diplomat added, providing support in the process.
