Haradinaj's Super Luxury Breaks, That's what the opposition warns

A few days after raising his salary and the entire government cabinet, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj travelled to Zurich, Switzerland, along with his wife, Anita Haradinaj and children. Yesterday it was reported that the Haradinaj family spent it in Switzerland's Sant Moritz resort. Insander reported that Ramush Haradinaj and his family [...]
Periscop sources within the opposition have indicated that once the Parliament starts work, an initiative will be undertaken by them, through which responsibility will be sought for Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's luxury holidays.
The opposition will seek accounts from Haradinaj for who has paid those expenses, if they are true.
On this issue, Periscopi has contacted the LDK deputies of Vetevendosje. They said they would support such an initiative.
Vetevendosje MP Shqipe Pantina has told Periscope that Haradinaj has come to the head of the government has taken a series of harmful actions for the state budget, making unnecessary spending.
Whether you raise salaries for yourself or other political officials is just one example. The media report on his vacation has a lot of confusion. I don't know if he's gone with his own money, which is his right to spend as he thinks, or spend his vacation where his pocket is. But if there are budget implications on these trips, of course the prime minister should give responsibilities”, Pantina has said of Periscope.
On the other hand, she has indicated that they have not yet met as the Vetevendosje parliamentary group to decide what steps will be taken.
According to her, interference with the prime minister must be held to seek responsibility for all these actions.
“We as the parliamentary group have not yet met to discuss how we will proceed at the spring session, but I personally think that there should be an interface with the prime minister for all these actions, some of which are also illegal, as they are, the decision to forgive 58m euros of water imbalances, and the decision to raise wages for political officials. All these decisions must be by law, not by governmental decisions as he has. I believe that at the beginning of the session we will be co-ordinating within the Movement, and then with the Democratic League of Kosovo, to see how we can stop the prime minister from doing such actions, but of course, to declare that certain actions he has undertaken are not applicable. We will seek responsibility in the Assembly, because the government answers the Assembly. So far, even this government has shown no responsibility in rendering an account to the Parliament, and this is a bad practice being followed by this government, a practice that has been in governments past”, has said further Pantina.
If Haradinaj's spending on vacation turns out to be true, the interference will also require LDK deputies.
Driton Selmanaj has told Periscope that the Haradinaj government is abusing taxpayers' taxes.
I don't know how accurate it is that the prime minister has spent so much on vacation. But we'll see. If it is true, then even this move is in the wake of the absurd spending Haradinaj is making as prime minister. The decision to raise wages and pardon water companies' debts is also part of this. This is in the line of absurd logic of this government. This is just the beginning of this public currency mismanagement, that it still remains to be seen how much will be abused by the budget. They are abusing taxpayers' taxes. But if these Haradinaj holiday spending is true, then they are in the wake of the absurd logic of budget misuse. It looks like they're now falling into the stall where the budget is and they're sharing the money. If it turns out it's true that it's been on vacation and it's been spending so much, then we're still going to raise discussion in the Kosovo Assembly and stop the devastating momentum of this government.”, Selmanaj said.
According to him, if all that money was spent on vacation, then they were state.
If he paid so much, then they were the money of the state. However, Haradinaj again means home to the Dragodan that he built it with friends' money. And vacation means friends paid him. But that's not because nobody pays 80 thousand francs vacations. The LDK would support such an initiative for Haradinaj to give responsibility in the Assembly for these holidays. We will always protect the state's interest”, Selmanaj said further about Periscope.
On the other hand, the government continues to keep the prime minister's luxury holidays secret.
Contacted by Periscopi, chief of the Office for Information at Haradinaj Government, Halil Matoshi, has said the prime minister's holiday has been private and family, and that the institution he heads does not carry material costs.

This tourist village, mostly inhabited by Russian billionaires known for their unbridled luxury.
Prime Minister Haradinaj, who was with his wife Anita, his three children and brother David's son, stopped at the same location.
At the Hotel “, Charleston”, the Haradinaj family ceased from December 25, 2017 to January 2, 2018.
At this hotel, prices reach up to five thousand francs in just one night, while the cheapest room is a thousand and 300 francs.
Insander reported that the prime minister of one of the poorest states in Europe -- Kosovo -- is located in a suite called “Czar” of 160 square metres. By the time of the new year's holiday, the price of this suite has been at exactly 40 thousand and 600 francs for seven days.
In addition to estimates shown in the media, there is no other information about how much Prime Minister Haradinaj has paid for these holidays in the luxury Swiss village./Periscopi
