Haradinaj vows implementation of the Obilic Law

We're also interested in the way municipal governance is transparent, how many are integrated into government. We've talked a little bit about the situation in education and especially about test P. Valdrin Luka, minister of economic development, has said that even the municipality of Obilic is expected to have central heating, as is the chief centre.
“We as a plan are making the feasibility study and at the same time envisioning that Obiliki has central heating, as does Pristina at the moment. So the plan envisions covering Kosovo, Obiliki and going to Drenas“, Luka said.
This pan is designed to be accomplished by 2025. Meanwhile, the chairman of the Obilics municipality has thanked the prime minister for helping him.
