The government has approved the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning's request for the creation of this minister-led Task Force and has called on all acters to take measures in their area of responsibility to improve air purity levels. The Bill for ratification of the Co-operation Agreement between the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) has also been adopted. The agreement regulates support for the “Heras High Education, Research and Science applied in Kosovo”.
At the meeting, the government cabinet has also approved the regulation for internal organisation and systematisation of jobs at the Public Administration Ministry. The regulation determines the structure, organisation and internal functioning of the Ministry of Public Administration and Organs in oversight of this ministry. Adjusting the Public Administration Reform Department with the European Policy Co-ordination and Integration Department in a department.
With the decision adopted at the meeting today, the Government of Kosovo has established the Commission for drafting the Law on Financing Political Subjects.
At today's meeting, the concept of ownership and other core rights was approved. The document concept is intended to clearly define property rights, title and their content, as well as regulating this right in line with European Union standards.
It has received approval from the Government and the concept-documental for the promotion and wages of creators and cultural performers and professional cultural heritage workers.
The decision to fulfil and amend the Government's decision to establish the National Council for Security and Health at Work has been adopted at today's meeting. The decision complements empty seats by officials from the Ministry of Labour and Social Management and the Health Ministry.
The government has named Burim Rreci in the position of secretary-general in the Ministry of Trade and Industry for a three-year term.
With the decision adopted by the Government of Kosovo, the finance minister is authorised to approve transfers from under the “programme. Unforeseen expenditures” under other programmes for individual sums required up to 400,000 euros, in budgetary divisions for 2018.
The prime minister has informed the government cabinet of the difficult situation in the Kosovo Archives Agency and the need for an inter-institutional co-ordination for overcoming the situation in this important institution of the Republic of Kosovo.
The prime minister has also called on the government cabinet to consider also the demand for resolving the request of the “ClubPrestina” for a space where it can exercise its sports activity.
