According to the Kosovo Hydrometeorology Institute, mornings will be in frost and fog.
The fog will be stable in some high - altitude territories and at the foot of the mountains.
Minimum temperatures will be moved between -9 to 5 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is projected to move between 5-7 degrees Celsius.
It's gonna blow from southwest and the light northeast I know average.
