Nora Blace is the retired local judge, having already passed to the Court of Appeals, losing the right to continue participating in the trial. Consequently, EULEX has sent a letter to the Kosovo Judiciary Council (KGJK) and has asked that Blace be allowed to participate in the trial, writes “Koha Ditore” today.

Former KLA chief of staff, Azem Syla, along with 38 other people, including former head of the Pristina Municipal Court, Nuhi Uka, have been charged with criminal acts: organised crime, money laundering, misuse of official office, counterfeiting official documents and taking bribes in the case of the so-called “Toka<1>
