On the day when in Brussels after a long time it had to resume dialogue on the level of experts between Kosovo and Serbia, this dialogue fell second, under the shadow of the murder of Kosovo Serb politician Oliver Ivanovic, in northern Mitrovica, writes Koha Ditore today.
