Professor Rexhep Qosja in his long confession for the Albanian “Gazeta”, stop at the most spectacular events of the year we left behind and expectations for the year we just entered. From the Saimir Tahiri case to the former General Prosecutor, from Vettingu, to the opposition P D-LSI Professor gives his opinion through a trial obtained from afar.

He argues why he does not trust Vetting, why he should not be tried until the end of the former interior minister and then stop in the opposition's behaviour. A strong slap comes in the direction of former Adriatic chief Lylla, whom the academy finds guilty of failing to surrender to justice the guilty for Gerdec on January 21st.

Professor, the issue of narcotics for years in Albania is a problem. But recently, names of senior officials have been included in files and investigations, to a former minister like Saimir Tahiri. Where did Rama government go wrong?

Cultivating, selling, using narcotics, certainly not all of them over the past few years, today's government with Edi Rama has inherited it from the government of Sali Berisha. My friend's son, who is married to a woman from a town in Albania during a visit to friends in that town, finds that his wife's brother was living separate from his parents, in a new home, extremely well - equipped, dearly dressed, that he was not reluctant to make reckless expenses. One day you ask your friend:
- Where do you get the money for all this money?
We do narcotics, we plant cannabis, sell and make a lot of money. This is where most people deal with cannabis, he answers.
- You sell that drugs to young people, even here, back home?
- Why not, friend answers.
-You know, my dear friend, that you risk the future with drugs, even the lives of those young people you sell to, sometimes completely destroy the lives of their parents?
This dialogue between two young people, which does not end there, shows that drugs, primarily cannabis, were the first subject of trade even at the time of Sali Berisha and Fatos Nano. But then, drugs, various crimes, blood feuds, corruption, and other political, family, social, state - based evils were not discussed in the media as today.

Today, in Albania's media, what happens nowhere in Europe: journal news, let's say at 7: 00 p.m., or 1400 p.m., is the news of drug cultivation, drug trade, police fighting with farmers and drug exporters, the discovery and arrest of drug traffickers, domestic crime, various crime groups, prostitution, non-stop fight between opposition and position!

News of a more specific crime can also be reported on important public visits or events! These informative perverts do not happen to be seen in the media of many European countries.
Saimir Tahiri! I'm not a public prosecutor; I'm not even a judge. Saimir Tahiri, I say, may be guilty of what he is accused of and may be innocent. I respect an unmajorly important legal paragraph for justice and democracy, and this is the paragraph in the U.S. Constitution in which it says: everyone is innocent until his guilt is proven. Saimir Tahiri, an intelligent, capable political man, perhaps less vigilant than what is needed in the task of the Minister of Internal Affairs, was, perhaps a year or so, being violated by the savage, wild, human rights by being violated simultaneously by his accusers by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Albania. And, they're being trampled on by opposition leaders (liders), heads and associates of the DP and the ISI. Today's Chairman The DP and the front-runner of the DP, their closest associates in the DP, today's mayor and the first few months of the LSI, and their closest associates are accusing Saimir Tahiri, not as political people, but as prosecutor and judge, who have brought the latest verdict on Saimir Tahir! Their words, their accusations against Saimir Tahiri, in most cases based on false, forged data, actually contain all their hatred of the government of Edi Rama, particularly for Edi Rama, but covered by the name Saimir Tahiri! Saimir Tahiri's case is the case, invented or happened yet unknown, with which no minute should be taken by political man, party leader or associate party leader.

By violating his most basic human rights, by insulting him, by putting him down, by dragging him through the mud of charges, which can be slandered or true, only the courts will show, these political men are only showing how far away from us are the standards and democratic values and European judicial values, and how long we will be driven by Balkan primitives, indeed from the primitives of our different haters!

-The Adriatic General Prosecutor Lella promised a resounding arrest “in the fall of”, but no one labeled by a noble surname is in handcuffs. The American ambassador talked about big fish, but the net hasn't been thrown yet. A new chief prosecutor was recently elected, creating chaos in parliament! Do you trust Vetting and justice reform? Do you think Vetting will send politicians to prison?
I have been convinced by several presentations of his actions, that the former Attorney General, Adriatic Lella, was politically and legally prosecutor-in-law captured by the Democratic Party. His threats to the resounding “arrest” in autumn, winter, summer or spring were just rhetoric with which fraud was covered.

I guess this attorney general, with his silence against various crimes, actually, with his behavior that essentially rehabilitated crimes committed by senior officials, seriously damaged Albanian justice and made Albania a state without justice. The man is guilty of not being brought to court by those senior officials who have repeatedly violated the Constitution, why have not the guilty of the deaths of many killed in Gerdec, why the guilty of killing four protesters in the January 21st 2013 protest. And others.

Vetting?
Efforts to implement and implement the Vetting are becoming a major, strong resistance, since these efforts have begun. And open or secret resistance is making those who fear those prosecutors and judges who will pass the Vetting exam and become prosecutors and judges. I fear, I have many fears that in creating sound justice, enough Albanian will be found protagonists and characters who will sabotage it. Two major goods in politics, rights and truth have not yet become viable in Albanian politics. And there's no democracy. I'm afraid many are afraid that Vetting is not going to take those who have to be taken to prisons, but only some of their political and administrative wage workers.

It may be that the fear of Vetting, the fear of the new Attorney General, even temporary, prompted the last protest of the DP and the LSI! I have looked at the overall testing of seven candidates and candidates for interim attorneys. I have been happy why two women showed me the most successful test - Mrs. Arta Mark and Ermira Tafani. And I am impressed by the appearance of Mrs. Arta Mark, whose work as a lawyer, as a prosecutor, remained in her ethical determination, that all that had reached her profession as a lawyer, had reached her shoulders. I want to believe that without allowing interference of political and party institutions, but with her mind, with her determination, with her legal ethics, she will only bring justice into Albanian justice.

- Are the PD and the LSI a strong opposition? How do you see the opposition they're doing: from smoke boots in parliament to protests outside it?
Unfortunately, a hundred times, the PD and today's LS are understanding and implementing party activity as conflict activities. In their conduct, their actions, in their language, in the feelings that contain their accusatory language, so often defamatory, disparaging, derogatory, that even tragic acts could result from fear of international factors!

Indeed the DP and the LSI more than the opposition that party activity understands and applies as conflict activities, they are wanting to behave as parallel power in Albania. Their leaders and their devoted associates are even acting and speaking as elected “officials”! They collect data not only in Albania, but when and in some other country against Saimir Tahiri, some other government minister or even against Eddie Rama. Those individually or within party delegations denounced the government, its state in the US and Europe! Denoncings that make it to the government, denouncing Albania at various meetings and meetings outside Albania on frequent occasions are presented in non-party language, not in opinion, but in the language of “officials” of parallel power actually of parallel agents!
For the boots thrown at Parliament to overthrow with them Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, I don't mean a word: future comedians mean!

But I mean: The DP and the LSI, the head of the first and second president, are doing their best to delegate the Parliament to kill Albanian parliamentarians to show Albania mad pre-states!

How much do you think is being done against corruption and nepotism in Albania and Kosovo?
- Against corruption and nepotism from time to time, half-mouthed, they're speaking some representative of some nongovernmental organization, some journalist of a written media, some citizen and some authority.
More vocal against corruption in Kosovo are speaking to ambassadors of several states in Kosovo, while the most vocal anti-corruption and nepotism is talking United Kingdom Ambassador Rory Oconelli.

A few weeks ago, the so - called anti-corruption week was held. Representatives of nongovernmental organisations donated us no little data on invisibility corruption in Kosovo, and not a bit of despair why the big fish, the big corrupts, have become immune.

The fight against corruption week passed, and with it almost passed the fight against corruption and nepotism!
Kosovo's political and state institutions, in which corruption and nepotism flourish in many, many and varied, do not want to fight corruption or nepotism.
If they wanted to stop, prevent, protect Kosovo and its democracy from deltas, when crimes called corruption and nepotism, besides the Agency (dead) for fighting corruption, they would establish the National Council of this Agency, then the National Strategy for Combating Corruption and its Operational Plan.

If they wanted to protect Kosovo and its democracy from diseases called corruption and nepotism, it would enable that Agency -- to control officials' income, require the dismissal of officials with the status of conflicts of interest -- to start and carry out specific actions for controlling the assets of officials, and between them the head of state, the chairman of the Assembly and the prime minister.
But Kosovo does not want to become like other European countries, although it is waging a major oral struggle to enter Europe.
If she really wanted to be like other European countries, then she like Albania would create Vetting and Vetting would also be subjected to the highest political and state officials, while among the 12 Vetting questions, she would add another, thirteenth, thanks to which the respondents would be required to show the source of the financial means with which she created her wealth - homes, palaces, restaurants, firms, multi-shelfland. And more. And more.
