Sahiti and Berisha are being investigated because they have attacked Post and Telecom director Agron Mustafa, who was accompanied by one person. The event took place on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at the site known as “Vogla Catets”. Berisha was suspended on the day of the attack, while no measures have been taken against Sahiti, writes Koha Ditore.
The transfer has confirmed the chief prosecutor of the Appeals Prosecutor, Haxhi Drguti. He has refused to talk about why this investigation has been transferred from one prosecutor to the other.
“Arsyet of transfer are submitted to decision”, Dorgi said, when asked by the newspaper. The newspaper's interest in seeing the decision has been misjudged because, according to him, the decision is sent only to the party.
The chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, Imer Beka, is aware of the transfer of the case.
