The hearing was not held after the two defendants and the case prosecutor, Ismet Wolfani, were missing.
The chairman of the Mitrovica Foundation Court court, Burim Ademi, indicated that invitations were sent to the defendants.
According to the judge, for defendant J.S., the court had issued a request for the police to hand over the same invitations, reports KALLXO.com.
However, Mitrovica's law enforcement police have announced to the chairman of the court that the defendant turns out to have changed his life in 2011, which police consider a suspicious death.
Under these circumstances, Judge Ademi asked police to hand over the report and also ensure the death certificate for this defendant.

According to the indictment established by the Mitrovica District Attorney Ilir Kamberi after being supplied with heroin-type narcotics in unknown countries has used them for sale and distribution.
The defendant J.S. From the beginning of 2009 to October 5, 2009, it was supplied with these substances three times.
The same with the aim of selling had been bought by Ilir Kamberi for 20 salaries of 1 grams for 200 euros and then sold this substance to other people.
With this, according to the indictment, they have committed criminal work buying, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of dangerous narcotics and psychotropic substances.
