The State Prosecutor has responded positively to the request of the Dehari family, which had chosen for expertise to make the University Law Medicine Centre in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Prosecutor's Media Officials have confirmed to KTV that the prosecution is preparing all necessary documents to send for super expertise to the Swiss state, as the Dehari family has requested.
The past composition of the Kosovo Assembly had approved the proposed resolution as a recommendation, under which the expert would be conducted in an EU country or in the US.
The past government rejected the request, saying Switzerland is not an EU country.
But, the current justice minister shows that the government has committed legal office and therefore handed all necessary paperwork to the chief prosecutor.
Abelard Tahiri says that for this, he and Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj have also met with Switzerland's ambassador to Kosovo, to get guarantees for the institution elected by the Dehari family.
Astrit Dehari died November 2016, and according to Kosovo legal institutions, he committed suicide, a version his family and Vetevendosje Movement never accepted.
