The commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard claims they're done in Iran.

“Today we declare that the riots are over,” said Jafar quoting on the Garda website.
“A large number of people at the centre of the rebellion who received training from anti-revolutionaries... have been arrested and strong measures will be taken against them,” he added, reports “Al Jazeera”, broadcasting Periscopi.
State media had earlier reported that at least 530 persons have been arrested -- 450 in Iran's capital, Tehran and 80 in the central city of Arayki.
Television images showed people carrying banners in favor of government and shouted slogans against the United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia./Periscopi/
