City has been making efforts to move the Chilean star, but it seems that negotiations have stalled and because of the short term of transfers, City leaders are trying to start hunting elsewhere.
According to English media, the City radar has now attacked Atletico Madrid, Antonie Greezmann.
The latter was linked to a possible crossing in Barcelona or Manchester United, but Manchester City's sheiks are wanting it on their team, and that can be taken into account the amount the sheiks can offer.
It remains to be seen what Guardila's decision to transfer Greezmann to City will be.
