The political model of the institutional leadership of Kosovo is continuing to isolate the country even from those states that had greatly helped make and build this state.
After the United States of America, which refused to visa Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, unable to pay him a visit to this state, has done the same for another Kosovo friend state.
The Koha Ditore newspaper in Saturday's issue writes that Great Britain has refused to visa Kosovo Prime Minister, denying even a visit to this state Haradinaj plans to make on February 26th.
Haradinaj risks not participating in an organised investment conference for Western Balkan states, which will be held on February 26th.
Koha Ditore has sent questions to the prime minister for three days, but the article says that this office has not returned answers.
The answer to this has refused to give even Britain's embassy in Kosovo, with the reasoning that they do not practice to provide details for individual visa applications.
Haradinaj has recently been equipped with Albania's passport, which enables him to move visa-free to the Schengen Zone states but not in Britain, as the latter is not a member of this area.
This isolation of the Kosovo prime minister appears to come after the support Haradinaj and President Hashim Thaci had given the initiative to abolish the Special Court.
The two ambassadors -- the US and Britain's -- had been the most active to prevent this initiative. They had also very clearly threatened Kosovo leaders, that if this initiative did not stop, Kosovo would be isolated. So their threats seem to be concrete now.
