Kosovo's Tax Administration through a media communiqué has indicated that the Fate Games Division, last week, has taken two-day action in the municipality of Pristina and Mitrovica, with the goal of identifying subjects exercising game activities illegally.
As a result of this action, six) businesses of this event have been closed, which have been punished with fines worth 22,000 euros. The punishment of these subjects is done after the same have organised banned games with the Law for the Fate Games, at points without a license (decision) of the Kosovo Tax Administration.
The Division of Fate Games will continue with such shares at any time, based on authorisations given to the Law No.04/L-080, for the Fate Games.
Also, we call on citizens to report to ATK, cases allegedly conducting outside-law lucky games.
