Even though it is a state symbol, the eagle is being killed by Albanians to decorate their locals.
“Brut Nature” in a video posted on Facebook has sent a message through which it has announced that the eagle is heading towards extinction in Albania, the Coha.net broadcasts.
You see one person in this video showing that he went out to sell eagles, while another shows that he killed them just to decorate the bar “to have more clients”.
Taulant Bino, ornithologists, has said that the number of eagles in the last 20 years has been halved.
The 20-year-old “was thought to be about 100,200 pairs of eagles in Albania. Today it's about 50-100 pairs”, he said.

According to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, eagles killers in the future will face imprisonment and not just fines.
