Albanian diplomat Lisen Bashkurti, commenting on the actions of Macedonian President Ivanov, who refused to decree the law on the use of the state-level Albanian language in Macedonia, has said the authority required to care for the regiross implementation of the Ohrid Agreement violates it on two legs.

According to him, the language law stems from the 2001 Ohrid Framework Agreement.

The “After a long process of political, interethnic, social, educational and cultural conditions were introduced with a broad basis of parliamentary support. Adoption of the law by the Macedonian Parliament is a major achievement for democratic and interethnic relations in Macedonia. This law is democratic value for the state and for the whole society in Macedonia. It strengthens the foundations of political unity, interethnic relations and social cohesion within Macedonia. Adoption of the Albanian-language law is victory without losing. Culture, language, education is lost, but it benefits everyone. The law typically reflects the multicultural values of European democracy in the Balkan environments. Kosovo and Macedonia thus become the first multilinguistic states in the Western Balkans. Only one man is against this law: Macedonian President Ivanov. The representative of the constitutional guarantee of political unity is declared against the law. The authority required to take care of the regiroz implementation of the Ohrid Framework Agreement breaks it on two legs. The institution that needs to cherish interethnic relations produces albanophobia with its stances. The post that would have to promote the country's Europeanisation becomes the retrograde doctrines of the past. Ivanov is a constant reminisce. It's the cause of the dark past. He is a bearer of hatred, fear and interethnic enmity in the Balkans. His time has ended from never coming back with”, he wrote on Facebook.

According to him, the law of Albanian has already been adopted and it will enter into force within a few weeks, despite the pattern of molds among temples of the past.

“Of course high alert is required. Ivanov is not alone. It has support within Macedonia until the steppes of Asia. I take care of vigilance because in the Balkans it's easy to provoke crisis and it's very difficult to produce peace”, he wrote.
