Albulen Haxhiu, Donika Kadaj, Faton Topalli and Albin Kurti are accused of criminally using weapons and obstructing the official person.
But, the Pristina Constitutional Court had issued arrest warrants and had appointed a month-long detention for Kurti at the month-long session.
To avoid tensions at the time of the campaign, the Court had suspended this warrant since Kurti was VV prime minister's candidate.
However, accused MPs have not decided whether they will be part of the court hearing or not.
Besides these four deputies, there are others accused of throwing tear gas, among them also by Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's party and coalition partner, the Initiative for Kosovo.
