Unexpected developments at Sami Lushtaku session

The current chairman of Skyeraj, Sami Lushtaku, has appeared in court today at the initial hearing of the case of escape from the hospital while in prison.

This session has been postponed for 7 November because two of the 24 indictees were not present in the hall, Klan Kosova reports.

Lushtak's lawyer, Artan Qerkini, has said his client has not escaped from the hospital, but, according to him, the evacuation has been a self-aware move for him not to be sent to northern Mitrovica to serve the prison sentence.
