The suspicious deaths at QKUK, this is the Prosecution's last act.

The Constitutional Prosecutor is continuing the investigation into the suspicious deaths at QKUK, which occurred days ago. In a written reply, the spokesman for this prosecutor, Ekrem Lutfiu, has said the unit for investigating economic crimes and corruption, along with inspectors for medical products, has made control of the company “Bubeari [...]

As for the number of suspected cases, the prosecution has said they are pending an autopsy report by the Institute of Legal Medicine for the Dead, whose death has been described as suspicious.

On the other hand, Hospital Service Director Curr Jocaj says he does not bear responsibility for the deaths in QKUK clinics, where it was suspected of using medical gas oxidul. He denies there could be a greater number of cases that day.

But Jokaj's statements that there are only two suspicious cases associated with Oksyul gas, reject the State Prosecutor who through a decision has ordered legal medicine to exhumate three people in three different locations as suspects who may have been the victim of notorious gas. Medical expert Edsim Gerjaliu says that they have performed three autopsys and all three cases are of the same nature.

Gerjaliu says their work has been difficult because his report has delayed autopsy. He adds that the chain link has been broken somewhere, so even the exhumation of the corpses took place after a week.

The legal case expert suggests that the clinic of doctors will propose to send out a few tests abroad so that they can come up with a final report on this case, which he describes as very sensitive.

On the other hand, the education ministry as an umbrella of the health system in the country has still not requested detailed reports by hospital service director Curr Gjocaj.

Minister Uran Ismaili has said that under law Jocaj should report to the board and then the board of the Ministry of Health, but since the board at SKKUK is dysfunctional, this has remained pending.

Minister Ismaili has not wanted to speak to the camera but has promised that soon he will choose the new board from which he will seek maximum devotion in choosing this very complicated case.
