Online prostitution is one of the new forms of human exploitation, which in Albania is taking on enormous proportions.
And as you do a simple search on the Internet, we see how open tutors are looking for girls to work on Chat Line.
State police recently uncovered several online prostitution networks, while the last case was Operation “Chat Line 3”, where several girls who were practicing online prostitution were arrested, as well as their tutor Dafina Tresa along with her husband.
The 32-year-old married to Arthur Bakalli had rented the apartment where online prostitution was practiced, while in the girls' tutorial court, she was protected with the argument that she did not know it was a crime.
The couple are parents of two children, a 1-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl, from photos provided by the paper “Century”, they look like a normal and regular family.
The group of seven women charged with online prostitution has appeared before the tribunal yesterday for security measures.
Dafina Tresa, leader of the group, accused of adapting facilities for prostitution and recruiting girls, said that “did not know this constituted criminal acts. Girls did everything they wanted.” At the end of the session, she was given security measures “house arrest”.
The arrest of 7 women and one male, Arthur Bakalli, 33, took place under operation “Chat Line” in Tirana on September 6, 2017.
