US seeks to strongly punish North Korea

The United States of America has asked the United Nations Organization to take stronger measures to punish North Korea after the last nuclear test.

The time has come to drain all diplomatic vehicles before it's too late,” said Nikki Haley for an emergency council meeting in New York.
