Concerns have increased that a new migration route to Europe is opening.
Authorities said 153 people, including 53 children and 51 women -- mostly from Iraq -- had been aboard the ship, where it returned to Romania's eastern coast.
EU member Romania is not part of Schengen's free zone, and this has led to largely avoid the kind of refugee flows./Periscopi/
