Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has said he doesn't understand how Serbia works at blocking Kosovo for membership in U NESTO.

“Every time I have been given the opportunity to meet Vuciqi personally that I am unable to understand the logic of Serbian refusal to membership Kosovo in U NESTO. Because if for Serbs their cultural heritage, their monuments in Kosovo matter. They should be the first to run to the U. NESTO, in a country where they unwittingly govern Albanians and a new state -- neighbour, sovereign and independent” -- has said Rama. /Periscopi/
