Pristina on alert from dogs (Video)

The presence of dogs in the capital recently increased. And this has led Pristina's current chairman, Shpend Ahmeti, to announce a state of emergency Tuesday in the municipality he heads.

Ahmeti did so so that I could make quick contracting decisions in accordance with the law, the Kosovo Clan broadcasts.

His concerns Ahmeti has said he also presented them to the central government and even to the presidency long ago, but he did not receive answers.

The presence of wandering dogs resulted in children and adults.
