The motives and circumstances in which this 17-year-old died are still unknown, while police units are investigating this death.
“Today about 11:00 p.m., we've received the body that a male-gender person is lying on the ground near a stern on the Street. It's true. In that location, except for the police units, there's also been a fast aid team that found out the person was dead” -- said KP spokeswoman Flora Ahmeti for the Express Journal.
