This is the new format of U n EFA for the 2020 European Championship qualifications.
Kosovo is in a league with the lowest-level National League, so not elite-class.
Our representative is in a league with Lithuania, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Macedonia, the Far Islands, Luxembourg, Latvia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Lichtenstein, Andorra, Malta, San Marinon and Gibraltar.
Of these, four groups of four national groups will be formed.
Qualifications begin on September 6th next year.
